Earrings

For hygiene reasons, we do not accept returns or exchanges on earrings. This is to ensure the safety and cleanliness of all our customers.

If you wish to return an item (excluding earrings), you may do so within 14 days of receiving your order, provided the item is unused, in its original packaging, and in a resellable condition.

  • We do not cover the cost of return shipping. It is the customer’s responsibility to ensure the item is returned safely and with appropriate tracking or insurance if desired.

  • Items returned in an unsellable condition may not be eligible for a refund.
